To make some of these Keto-friendly options at home you will need to have a few items on hand such as an espresso machine, coffee maker, teapot, frother, Nitrogenator, espresso shots, coffee grounds, tea bags, classic syrups and sugar-free syrups, artificial sweeteners, heavy whipping cream, your choice of milk, whipped cream and any other toppings or flavor additives you like.

-Espresso: To make a keto espresso at home you will need an espresso machine. If you don’t have one, you can use a Moka pot or stovetop espresso maker.

-Iced Shaken Espresso: This is my favorite Starbucks drink and it’s very easy to make at home. Simply brew some espresso and add it to a cup of ice. Then, add your favorite keto-friendly milk (I like almond milk) and sweetener (I like sugar-free vanilla syrup).

-Cappuccino: To make a keto cappuccino at home, you will need an espresso machine and a frothing pitcher. Froth your milk of choice and add it to the espresso. I like to top mine with a little bit of cinnamon.

-Caffe Misto: This is just a half-caf, half decaf coffee. To make this at home, simply brew some coffee and add in some decaf instant coffee or espresso powder.

-Latte: Lattes are easy to make at home, you just need an espresso machine and milk frother. Froth your milk and add it to the espresso. I like to top mine with a little bit of cinnamon.

-Cold Brew: Cold brew is easy to make at home, you just need coffee and a pitcher or mason jar. Steep the coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours, then strain and enjoy.
