Peanut Sauce is super easy and quick to make! You throw peanut butter, soya sauce, water, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger and red pepper flaked in a bowl and puree with an immersion blender! Easy peasy!

This peanut sauce easily transforms into a delicious peanut salad dressing by adding 2 Tbsp rice vinegar to the mix. The rice vinegar thins is out a bit and adds some extra flavour!
