Is there any better sauce in the whole world than peanut sauce? Absolutely not! I love the stuff! The problem is I am crazy particular about my peanut sauce, not just any will do. I love it to be extra peanuty with a hint of spice. It took many meals to concoct the perfect recipe, but so worth the time!

There are loads of things you can do with a great peanut sauce! Use it as the star of a veggie platter, or pour over Broccoli Gomae. Never had Broccoli Gomae? Do you love broccoli? How to make peanut salad dressing

This peanut sauce easily transforms into a delicious peanut salad dressing by adding 2 Tbsp rice vinegar to the mix. The rice vinegar thins is out a bit and adds some extra flavour! This is the perfect dressing for one of my favourite salads, Peanut Chicken Salad.
