Is there any better sauce in the whole world than peanut sauce? Absolutely not! I love the stuff! The problem is I am crazy particular about my peanut sauce, not just any will do. I love it to be extra peanuty with a hint of spice. It took many meals to concoct the perfect recipe, but so worth the time!
There are loads of things you can do with a great peanut sauce! Use it as the star of a veggie platter, or pour over Broccoli Gomae. Never had Broccoli Gomae? Do you love broccoli? Obvs you love Peanut Sauce or you wouldn’t be reading this… imagine tempura broccoli smothered in Peanut Sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds… drooling yet?
How to make peanut sauce
Peanut Sauce is super easy and quick to make! You throw peanut butter, soya sauce, water, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger and red pepper flaked in a bowl and puree with an immersion blender! Easy peasy!
How to make peanut salad dressing
This peanut sauce easily transforms into a delicious peanut salad dressing by adding 2 Tbsp rice vinegar to the mix. The rice vinegar thins is out a bit and adds some extra flavour! This is the perfect dressing for one of my favourite salads, Peanut Chicken Salad.

Do you like Salad Rolls? Try this Peanut Sauce to dip them in! If you make to many, no worries, this sauce will keep well in the fridge with those salad rolls!
Peanut sauce for stir fry
This Peanut Sauce is amazing when used for stir fry guts like in my Crock-Pot Chicken recipe! Absolutely delicious! Try it with any type of stir fry and you won’t be disappointed!

- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup salt reduced soya sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
- Small Bowl
- Put everything in a small bowl and blend with immersion blender until smooth. Add red pepper flakes for a slightly spicy sauce. Pour over your favourite salad or use as a delicious dip!
