How to make Keto Greek Dressing
Mince the garlic very fine or press is through a garlic press. Add it to the cup of an immersion blender along with the oregano, basil, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
Puree with the immersion blender until smooth and then, while the blender is running, slowly pour in the olive oil. If you have time, refrigerate for an hour so that the flavour can build.
Expert Tips
- Don’t have an immersion blender? A blender or food processor will work fine as long as you can pour the olive oil in while blending.
- Use a garlic press to avoid mincing the garlic forever!
- A lemon juicer is perfect to remove all of the lemon juice without getting any of the seeds!
