Keto Greek Dressing

Make your own homemade Keto Greek Dressing with simple ingredients in just 5 minutes! It's perfect for any salad or even as a marinade.

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • cup olive oil



  • Mince the garlic very fine or press is through a garlic press. Add it to the cup of an immersion blender along with the oregano, basil, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and lemon juice *see note 1.
  • Puree with the immersion blender until smooth and then, while the blender is running, slowly pour in the olive oil. If you have time, refrigerate for an hour so that the flavour can build.


  1. Don't have an immersion blender? A blender or food processor will work fine as long as you can pour the olive oil in while blending.
  2. Use a garlic press to avoid mincing the garlic forever!
  3. A lemon juicer is perfect to remove all of the lemon juice without getting any of the seeds!
