Mama Bear's House Dressing

A delicious vinaigrette sure to spruce up any salad!

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp dijon
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp italian spices
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 grinds black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil



  • In a small bowl combine the vinegars, garlic, lemon juice, dijon, sugar, spices, salt and pepper. With a hand blender or whisk mix well. Slowly blend in the olive oil. Pour over salad of choice!
