You'll never use a tortilla again after eating these Chicken Caesar Salad Lettuce Wraps! Using a lettuce wrap allows the flavours to sing, the bacon to be at it's all time crunchiness and is deliciously low carb!
Heat a skillet on medium heat and once hot, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and allow to cool.
Mix the mayonnaise and caesar dressing in a bowl then stir in the chicken until it is completely coated.
Set up the lettuce leaves, divide the chicken between each leaf (should be about 1/2 cup per wrap), top with a slice of bacon and 1 tbsp grated parmesan.
Gently wrap up the leaves to form the wraps! If you won't be eating them right away, wrap them in wax paper to keep the wraps in tact and fresh.
