Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 cup sour cream full fat
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1.5 tsp dijon
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 10-15 grinds black pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and puree until smooth with an immersion blender.  Pour over your favourite salad or use as a delicious dip!
