Keto Mini Chaffle Recipe
This Mini Keto Chaffle recipe is perfect for a quick and easy low carb breakfast or snack! - 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Flour
Preheat mini waffle maker
In a small bowl mix together egg and cheddar cheese until well combined.
Add almond flour and mix together.
Pour one half of the mix into mini waffle maker (or just enough to almost fill the waffle maker, there should be a small gap on the edges as it needs space to rise)
Cook 3-4 minutes (a little longer if you want extra crispy) or until golden brown. Repeat until the batter is gone.
- If you are using a larger waffle maker you might be able to use all the batter to cook a chaffle. This will vary depending on the size of your machine.
- Add any of your favorite flavors or toppings to add some spice to your chaffles such as garlic powder, salt and pepper, herbs or pizza spices.
- If you want a more fluffy chaffle add in 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- To make sweet chaffles use mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar and top with your favorite sweet toppings.
