Chicken Karahi Recipe

1  tbsp  Olive oil 1  Onion, diced 2   cloves  Garlic, minced 1  pound  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1  tsp  Garam masala 1  tsp  Ground turmeric 1  tsp  Ground cumin 1  tsp  Ground coriander 1/2  tsp  Cayenne pepper 1   can  Diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2   cup  Chicken broth 1/4  cup  Chopped fresh cilantro Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 
Add the chicken, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper, and cook until the chicken is browned for about 5 minutes. 
Add the tomatoes and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens about 15 minutes. 
Stir in the cilantro just before serving. Serve with cauliflower rice or a low-carbohydrate flatbread. Enjoy!
