Cheesecake:
16oz.cream cheese
1cuppowdered sweetener of choice
2large eggs
1tsp.pure vanilla extract
1dropperful Medical Mikes CBN oil
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Heat can lower the effectiveness of CBN oil, so always bake at 350 degrees or less)
Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Spray liners with cooking spray. Set aside.
Make the crust: Combine almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in 4 T of melted butter until combined.
Press one tablespoon of crust mixture into each liner.
Bake for 5-8 mins or until golden brown.
Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese, eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, and CBN oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
