How To Make Keto Crackers

Preheat over to 300 degrees

Line a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil

Mix ingredients in a bowl until fully combined

Cracker Dough

Dump cracker dough on parchment sheet and add another sheet on top of the dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a rectangle until the dough is super thin.

Cut Dough 

Use a pizza cutter to cut 4 rows by 6 rows to make 24 crackers

DO NOT SEPARATE THE CRACKERS WHEN YOU CUT

Sprinkle the surface with toppings and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and slice along the cut edges.

Separate and flip them over. Bake for another 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

Bake Crackers

Store in airtight container and they will last for 7 days
