Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Fattiest Pork Butt you can find ask your local butcher
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp dried cayenne
  • 1.5 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup or sugar free for low carb
