7 Minute Low Carb Baked Tortilla Chips

You will need:

• keto tortillas • olive oil • sea salt

That's it!

Oil the tortillas

• Add a little olive oil to each tortilla and then spread it all around using a pastry brush.

Cut into wedges

• Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.

Prepare to bake

• Lay the wedges on an oiled baking sheet without overlapping.  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.


• Bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes, until the chips are golden and crisp.


• Serve by themselves or your favourite dips.
