Keto Chicken Parmesan

Get your spaghetti fix with this easy Skillet Keto Chicken Parmesan.  It will blow your mind with it’s crispy chicken and slurpable pasta-like deliciousness!

You will need:

• chicken breast • parmesan • almond flour • garlic powder • sea salt • pepper • egg • avocado oil • zucchini • Keto Marinara

Prep the breading

• Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. • In another bowl whisk the egg with water.

Prep the chicken

• Slice both chicken breasts in half, horizontally, so that you end up with 4 chicken cutlets.

Bread the chicken

• Dip the chicken cutlets in egg wash and then in the breading.  * Use one hand only for the breading and the other hand only for the egg wash. *

Double Dip

• Double dip the chicken until all of the breading has been used up.   *If you don't have a lot, just dip the tops of each.

Fry the chicken

• Heat a skillet on medium with the oil. • Place the breaded chicken cutlets in the skillet.

Fry the chicken

• Once the bottoms have browned, flip the chicken over. • Cook until the internal temperature has reached 180°.

Dish the meal

• Place zucchini noodles in bowls and then add marinara sauce, a piece of chicken, freshly grated parmesan and parsley.
