Keto Biscuits & Gravy

Ready in less than 30 minutes, this Keto Biscuits and Gravy recipe is super filling and crazy delicious, making it a perfect breakfast meal!

You will need:

• Italian sausage • avocado or olive oil • onion • garlic • red pepper flakes • pepper • chicken broth • heavy whipping cream • xanthan gum • fresh parsley

 Sausage Gravy

You will need:

• almond flour • baking powder • garlic powder • spaghetti seasoning • eggs • sour cream • butter • cheddar cheese


• Heat oven to 425°. • Spray a muffin tin with oil. • Whisk the dry ingredients together, then the wet. Combine both together, then divide the batter into 8.

• Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the tops of the biscuits are golden.

• Fry minced onion until soft, then stir in garlic, pepper, red pepper flakes and Italian sausage.  • Cook until the sausage is no longer pink.

• Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream and xanthan gum. • Simmer until thick, about 2 minutes.

• Serve hot sausage gravy over top of the Cheddar Biscuits with fresh parsley
