How to Make Cauliflower Rice

Learn how to make cauliflower rice so that you can replace rice in any dish with ease. It's fast, easy, delicious, low carb and keto friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • Wash cauliflower then remove the leaves. Chop into florets. Grate using into rice sized pieces using a cheese grater or food processor. See post above for options and specifics. There is also a video above you can watch!
  • Heat a skillet on medium heat with the butter. Once melted, add the cauliflower rice and sprinkle in the remaining ingredients. Stir the cauliflower rice, place a lid over top and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring a couple of times in between, until the cauliflower rice is soft and fluffy.
  • Serve hot however you like.
