Zest the lemons and juice them. Add all of the ingredients except the chicken thighs into the ziplock bag and give a good shake. Add the chicken thighs and mix well. If you don't have time you can cook them right away, or if you do, marinate for 2-12 hours.
Heat a skillet on medium. Once hot, dump the contents of the ziplock bag into the skillet and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken thighs reach 180°. I find adding a lid to the skillet helps cook the chicken faster.
