These Low Carb Greek Turkey Burgers are fully loaded with greek style goodies and can be smothered in tzatziki sauce or sandwiched together with tomatoes, spinach and red onion on a 90 Second Keto Bread!
Heat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat. In a mixing bowl add the ground turkey, spices and red onion. Mix well. Add the feta cheese, ground pork rinds, eggs and mix until fully combined.
Divide into 8 balls and shape into patties then lay the burgers on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°.
While the burgers are baking you can make a 90 Second Keto Bread if you desire. Once cooked, load with tzatziki, a burger patty, red onion, tomato and spinach. Enjoy!
