Ingredients

  • 90 Second Keto Bread
  • tzatziki sauce
  • spinach
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced red onion

Greek Burger Patties

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup ground pork rinds
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Heat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat. In a mixing bowl add the ground turkey, spices and red onion. Mix well. Add the feta cheese, ground pork rinds, eggs and mix until fully combined.
  • Divide into 8 balls and shape into patties then lay the burgers on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°.
  • While the burgers are baking you can make a 90 Second Keto Bread if you desire. Once cooked, load with tzatziki, a burger patty, red onion, tomato and spinach. Enjoy!
