- 6 chicken thighs de boned and de skinned
- 3 tbsp pesto
- 6 thin slices prosciutto
Directions
Heat oven to 375°.
Lay the chicken thighs out, skin side down. Spread 1.5 tsp pesto over the entire inside of each chicken thigh. Roll them up and wrap one piece of prosciutto around each thigh.
Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 180°. Serve hot and enjoy!
