Roast Turkey Avocado Bacon on Focaccia

A fully loaded focaccia sandwich jam packed with roast turkey, avocado, crisp bacon and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
  

Per Sandwich

  • 100 grams roast turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 slices old white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 whole avocado sliced
  • 2 slices thick bacon
  • 1 leaf leaf lettuce
  • 1 square focaccia cut horizontally

Directions

  • Fry the bacon until crispy. From the bottom half of the focaccia, build it up starting with 1 tbsp mayo, the cheddar cheese, roast turkey, avocado, bacon then the leaf lettuce. Add 1 tbsp mayo to the top piece of focaccia and sandwich it on top! Enjoy! 
    Optional: Try it grilled!
