- 1 fathead pizza crust
- 1/3 cup sugar free pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup meat from leftover ribs
- 1/4 cup low carb bbq sauce
- 1 roma tomato
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Make a Fathead Pizza Crust. Dice up the Roma tomato, slice the shallot and mix the Low Carb BBQ Sauce into the Low Carb Leftover Rib meat. Microwave the ribs meat for a few minutes until it has been heated to 165°. When the pizza crust is ready for it's toppings, spread evenly with pizza sauce, then the mozzarella. Top with the heated rib meat, then the diced tomatoes, sliced shallots and finish with the crumbled feta cheese.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Slice into 8 and enjoy!
