You'll never use a tortilla again after eating these Chicken Caesar Salad Lettuce Wraps! Using a lettuce wrap allows the flavours to sing, the bacon to be at it's all time crunchiness and is deliciously low carb!

Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • 5 lettuce leaves leaf, butter or head lettuce work best
  • 2.5-3 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup low carb creamy caesar dressing
  • 5 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

  • Heat a skillet on medium heat and once hot, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and allow to cool.
  • Mix the mayonnaise and caesar dressing in a bowl then stir in the chicken until it is completely coated.
  • Set up the lettuce leaves, divide the chicken between each leaf (should be about 1/2 cup per wrap), top with a slice of bacon and 1 tbsp grated parmesan.
  • Gently wrap up the leaves to form the wraps! If you won't be eating them right away, wrap them in wax paper to keep the wraps in tact and fresh.
