- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- dash black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup packed aged white cheddar cheese
On medium heat melt butter in a small saucepan. Whisk in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and dijon. Once combined, slowly whisk in the heavy cream.
Bring to a gently simmer and cook for 15 minutes, whisking often to prevent the sauce from burning. Mix in the melted cheese until fully melted and serve hot!
