Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters

- 4 Chicken leg quarters
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
Next, rub the spice mixture all over the chicken leg quarters. Make sure to rub it in so the flavours can penetrate the chicken.
After that, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Once the olive oil is hot, add in the chicken leg quarters—Cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Once they are browned, transfer the chicken leg quarters to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
