Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken leg quarters
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Then, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Next, rub the spice mixture all over the chicken leg quarters. Make sure to rub it in so the flavours can penetrate the chicken.
  • After that, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Once the olive oil is hot, add in the chicken leg quarters—Cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Once they are browned, transfer the chicken leg quarters to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
