Keto Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
- An onion diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green pepper diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned.
Drain the fat and add the onion, green pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with a side of salad or vegetables.
