  • An onion diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned.
  • Drain the fat and add the onion, green pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with a side of salad or vegetables.
