Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl

• ground pork • sliced almonds • sesame seeds • avocado oil • ginger • garlic • pepper • Chinese 5 spice • bagged coleslaw • green onion • sesame oil • soy sauce

Ingredients

Fry sliced almonds and sesame seeds in oil until golden, then remove and cool.

Add oil to the hot skillet along with garlic and ginger, then fry until fragrant.

Add ground pork and fry until no longer pink, breaking it up as  it cooks.

Stir in Chinese 5 spice powder until fully mixed into the pork.

Stir in shredded cabbage and then steam for a few minutes.

Add sliced green onion, roasted almonds & sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce.
