Onion & Bell Peppers

Brown Ground Beef
In a large pot or skillet brown ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Remove any excess fat.
Add Vegetables
Add in diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste and Keto Taco Seasoning.
Simmer
Pour in beef stock and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover and let cook for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish & Serve
After chili has simmered, remove from heat. Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or cilantro
