Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

Simmer strawberries with sweetener. lemon zest and lemon juice.

Puree with an immersion blender, then set aside to cool.

Melt butter and then add the remaining crust ingredients.

Mix well and then press into a prepared baking pan. Bake at 325°.

Mix cheesecake ingredients together one at a time.

Scrape the batter over the prepared crust.

Pipe lines of strawberry sauce over the cheesecake.

Run a knife in the opposite direction to create a beautiful pattern. Bake for 30-35 mins.

The cheesecake will still be slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely.

Slice into 9 squares.
