Low Carb Greek Turkey Burgers? Yes please!
These burgers are fully loaded with greek style goodies and can be eaten by itself, dipped in tzatziki sauce or sandwiched together with tomatoes, spinach and red onion on a 90 Second Keto Bread!

These delicious Greek Turkey Burgesr are low carb, though you would never know. They are made with ground turkey, greek spices, ground pork rinds, eggs and feta cheese. YUM! Tzatizki sauce is a welcome side kick and if you wish, the burgers are held beautifully in between 2 slices of 90 Second Keto Bread.
I get a bit excited when something that isn’t supposed to be low carb turns out amazing when made into a low carb version. I am still over the top excited about this 90 Second Keto Bread that has been the vehicle to many sandwiches and burgers, with many more to come.

How to make greek turkey burgers
These Low Carb Greek Turkey Burgers are super easy to make!
Start by dicing up a red onion and crumbling some feta cheese; set these aside.
In a mixing bowl add some ground turkey, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and the diced red onion, then mix well.
Add a couple eggs, some crushed pork rinds and the crumbled feta cheese. Mix until fully combined!
Divide the meat mix into 8 and form into patties; you’re ready to cook them!
How to cook greek turkey burgers
There are two ways I like to cook these Low Carb Greek Turkey Burgers: oven or stove top. You could probably barbecue these but I would recommend using something underneath them because they would most likely fall apart if they were added directly to the grill.
Heat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat. Once the burgers are made space them out evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake the burgers for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
Once the burgers are made heat a skillet on medium-low heat. Once the skillet is hot add how many burgers you want cooked to the skillet.
Cook with a lid for 5 minutes, flip the burger and cook for an additional five minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
What to serve with greek turkey burgers
These Greek Turkey Burgers are pretty filling when built with the 90 Second Keto Bread but I still like to make certain side dishes to pair with them, especially for my hungry husband! Here are my favourites:

Low Carb Greek Turkey Burgers
Recommended Burger Toppings / Bun
- 90 Second Keto Bread
- tzatziki sauce
- sliced tomatoes
- sliced red onion
Greek Burger Patties
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup ground pork rinds
- 2 eggs
- Heat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat. In a mixing bowl add the ground turkey, spices and red onion. Mix well. Add the feta cheese, ground pork rinds, eggs and mix until fully combined.
- Divide into 8 balls and shape into patties then lay the burgers on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°.
- While the burgers are baking you can make a 90 Second Keto Bread if you desire. Once cooked, load with tzatziki, a burger patty, red onion, tomato and spinach. Enjoy!
